Walk Innovation is a series of techniques that were discovered by us in the mountains in Zakynthos, Greece. It combines therapeutic intervention with walking in the stunning scenery of the local area. These techniques are supplemented by other methods used by pioneers in walk therapy.
These workshops are the result of years of travelling around the world, training and discovering the keys to personal growth on a sustainable level. Now a workshop has been designed to synthesise the core essence of the most potent personal growth techniques available today. Incredibly, the process is very simple.
Our Walk Innovation method is combined with several other accelerated insight tools which create a synergy of awareness for each individual....
- A different location.
- Connection with nature.
- Talking when walking.
- Discussing learnings in a therapeutic, supportive environment.

- Introduction to a community dedicated to support individuals after the experience.

This is supplemented by relaxing, meditation, games and daily, gentle exercise classes, all of which are optional - though recommended in order to maximise the experience.
Anyone can do it....
Walking is the natural healing process of the body. Before the classification of psychiatry, counselling, psychotherapy and coaching, people were left to find their own solutions to problems. Back in medieval times I'm sure there were things happening to people that would create a media frenzy today - yet, the individuals had to get over it somehow. Injury lawyers with no win-no fee offers would not be there to explain to rampaging Vikings the error of their ways. Walking, however, would have helped.
The other thing that would have assisted was talking about it. Sharing insights within a group who are dedicated to supporting each other - this is an excellent medium for growth.
We will teach you walking techniques to accelerate insight - including our very own Walk Innovation method.

Walking is a bilateral therapy. This means that it utilises the left hemisphere of the brain (which controls the right-side of the body and is our logical, analytical centre) and the right hemisphere (which controls the left-side of the body and is our creative, emotional centre).
Through this fusion of our logical and creative centres, solutions to our issues are much easier to discover.
As the conscious mind engages in walking, the unconscious mind is free to throw insights onto areas that had previously not been easy to solve.
I have found that as life happens it is easy to become lost in it. When patterns develop they sometimes happen so innocuously that it's difficult to trace their origins. Regular routines can cause life to be like living in a bubble. From within this bubble it is sometimes difficult to see things objectively. However, by getting out of this bubble and taking time to look at it from the outside, positive realisations are easier to reach.
Throughout my life I have had various degrees of stress. I have yet to find a single incident that wasn't at least partially helped by being in nature. Whether watching a crab dig a hole in the sand on a beach or a bee flying into a flower - it slows things down and creates inner calm. The experience is very grounding.
During my many backpacking adventures I have kept a journal. This has been invaluable to me and brought me many profound insights as I let my pen flow. It has been like a self-counselling process for me at times. You will be encouraged to be creative and reach your own insights through this method. More importantly, you will be guided towards asking the right questions to bring about the most profound change.
What is the one question that you would have to ask yourself in order for you to have resolution, happiness, peace, love and purpose in your life?
This may seem a little far-out for some - all I ask is that you think about it. During the Walk Innovation process you will be guided to your own, unique answer to the above question. Once you have your question, the answer will unfold for you during this process.
Several things will connect you with your own insights. I have my own ideas and aim to share them. True freedom comes to those who love what they do. I have created an opportunity for anybody else to do exactly the same thing. Through this, I will share my own journey as it unfolds.

I have spent most of my life being comfortable and content. Whilst this has provided me with a good life - it has been very mediocre when I look at what other people have done with theirs. Richard Branson, Bill Gates and Warren Buffett haven't achieved what they have through being comfortable - they have done it through finding their passion in life.
